Terms & Conditions — takabe11 User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takabe11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the takabe11 website and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on takabe11, or by accessing any part of the platform as a guest, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using takabe11 and close your account if one has been created.

takabe11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and takabe11.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to takabe11 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement applies to all activities on the platform including registration, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and initiating withdrawals. takabe11 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.2 Age Verification. takabe11 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. A player's account may be suspended pending the submission and review of age verification documents. Funds deposited by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 will be returned, and no winnings accrued during that period will be paid out.

2.3 Eligibility Criteria. In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an account on takabe11:

• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or corporate entity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of takabe11 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently active on takabe11 or on any other gaming platform that extends to takabe11.
• You must not be using the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

2.4 Sole Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of takabe11 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. takabe11 makes no representation that access to or use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so entirely at their own risk.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of services on takabe11, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information in all required fields. The information you provide at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — must be truthful and must match the identity documents you hold.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on takabe11. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, takabe11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify takabe11 immediately at support@takabe11 if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. takabe11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. takabe11 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point determined by our compliance team. KYC verification requires you to submit government-issued photographic identification and, where requested, proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Account Updates. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have registered change. Outdated account information — particularly email address and payment details — may delay withdrawals and affect your ability to receive important account communications from takabe11.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. takabe11 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. takabe11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on takabe11 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits. All deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your takabe11 account within 3 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Rocket and Upay may take up to 10 minutes. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on your issuing bank's processing times. takabe11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. takabe11 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes from the point of approval:

• bKash and Nagad: within 15–30 minutes of approval
• Rocket and Upay: within 1–3 business hours of approval
• Visa and Mastercard: within 1–3 business days of approval

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your account or to a method verified in your name during the KYC process. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. takabe11 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal fee on card withdrawals; any applicable fee will be disclosed at the point of requesting the withdrawal.

4.6 Own Funds Only. You confirm that all funds deposited into your takabe11 account are your own and have been obtained through lawful means. takabe11 does not permit the use of the platform for money-laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Where takabe11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are connected to illegal activity, it reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold withdrawal requests, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, takabe11 offers bonus funds, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds awarded to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed on sports markets count 100% toward wagering requirements; bets placed on certain casino games may count at a reduced rate.

5.3 Minimum Odds for Sports Bonuses. When wagering requirements are applied to sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must typically be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward the wagering requirement. Accumulator bets may be used to meet wagering requirements provided each individual selection meets the minimum odds criterion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be automatically forfeited. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. takabe11 actively monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, systematically placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, and exploiting promotional offers in ways that were clearly not intended. Where bonus abuse is identified, takabe11 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.6 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions. takabe11 may offer special promotions tied to major sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Eid celebrations. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Seasonal promotions are available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time at takabe11's discretion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on takabe11 are subject to acceptance by the platform. takabe11 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on markets where suspicious activity has been detected, bets that exceed the platform's liability limits, or bets placed after the relevant market has been suspended or closed.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Markets. takabe11 offers a broad range of pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Cricket markets include BPL match results, IPL outright winner, T20 World Cup tournament betting, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and individual match and session markets. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, BCCI, ICC).

6.3 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and may be suspended or closed at any time during the event. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or market has been determined — even if accepted by the system due to a technical delay — will be voided and the stake returned. takabe11 accepts no liability for delays in live data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers.

6.4 Casino and Arcade Games. All casino games on takabe11, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and arcade games including King of Fishing and God Fish Slicing, are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between the game provider rules and these Terms, the game provider rules will prevail with respect to that specific game's mechanics and payout calculation.

6.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including software errors, server failures, or data feed interruptions — takabe11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. No player shall have the right to claim winnings generated as a result of a technical error or system malfunction.

6.6 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on takabe11. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. takabe11 reserves the right to apply individual player bet limits where it determines that a player's betting patterns present an unacceptable commercial risk.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on takabe11. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on any event in which you have direct or indirect involvement, or on any event that you have reason to believe is subject to corrupt influence or match-fixing arrangements.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, particularly in live poker or multi-player game formats, in ways that are intended to defraud the platform or other players.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies between markets or abusing promotional offers in ways that constitute a clear breach of the spirit of those offers.
• Money Laundering: Using takabe11 to deposit, layer, or integrate funds obtained through illegal means.
• Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after bets have been settled or withdrawals processed.
• False Identity: Registering an account using another person's identity, using forged identity documents, or providing any materially false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, incorrect odds, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been available.

takabe11 employs dedicated fraud detection and compliance monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed by the compliance team and action taken in accordance with the severity of the breach.

8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your takabe11 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@takabe11. Before your account is closed, any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and compliance checks. Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool described on our Responsible Gaming page rather than a standard account closure request, as self-exclusion carries additional protections.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by takabe11. takabe11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the closure of the account

8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance — whether positive or negative — will be applied to your account. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, takabe11 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as inactivity or a player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player.

8.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. takabe11 will attempt to notify the registered email address before classifying an account as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts on a monthly basis after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact the support team.
